Refund policy

Our 30-Day Promise. Every Perch & Pine print is made to order just for you, but you still get a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If your piece isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at pearlmarketaed@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind

If you simply changed your mind, you may return your print within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition. Email us first to start the return; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-returnable items

Personalized or custom-commissioned artwork and digital downloads are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
