Made to order, shipped with care. Every Perch & Pine print is produced just for you when you order, then shipped straight to your door. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for us to print, frame, and quality-check your artwork before it ships.

Shipping times & rates

United States: 4–8 business days after processing. Free shipping on all orders over $99; a flat rate applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Canada & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after processing.
Europe, Australia & rest of world: 10–20 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak periods.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us at pearlmarketaed@gmail.com.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed; reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at pearlmarketaed@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
